The overarching agreement you make with Duevest.
This Agreement (the "Agreement") governs the use of any programs, products, tools, services, content, strategies, software, opt-in resources, videos, documentation, communications, webinars, e-books, or materials (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Duevest LLC (“Duevest,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) through our website (https://www.duevest.com).
By purchasing, accessing, or using any Services—including automated trading strategies like ZoneFlow—you (the “User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be legally bound by the terms outlined herein.
Notice of Arbitration Provisions
Your use of Duevest Services is subject to binding individual arbitration for any disputes that may arise. Please read this section carefully. If you do not agree to arbitration, you must refrain from using our Services.
Acceptance of Terms
By using the Services, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to accept these terms on its behalf. These terms may be updated from time to time, and continued use of the Services signifies acceptance of all changes.
Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services. Use of our Services by anyone under 18 is unauthorized and in violation of this Agreement.
License and Usage
Duevest grants a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use of its Services on up to two (2) personal devices per user. You may not:
Resell, sublicense, or share our Services
Modify, reverse-engineer, or reproduce any part of the code or content
Claim ownership or falsely represent our intellectual property
All rights remain with Duevest. Violations may result in license termination and potential legal action.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, and design elements are proprietary to Duevest and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
No Financial or Investment Advice
Duevest’s Services are educational and informational in nature and do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. All decisions based on our content or strategies are made solely at your own risk.
Risk Disclosure
Trading futures and similar financial instruments involves significant risk. There is no guarantee of success or profit. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for all decisions and potential losses incurred through use of our strategies.
Software Performance
Duevest aims to deliver high-quality automated tools, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, platform compatibility, or the absence of bugs. Performance may be impacted by external brokers, platforms, or network limitations.
Refund Policy
All purchases are final and non-refundable. We offer a low-cost 14-day access period for $35 to allow evaluation before further commitment. Because access is immediate and digital, refunds will not be issued.

Termination of Access
Duevest reserves the right to revoke access to Services for any violation of this Agreement, including unauthorized distribution, misuse, or abuse of our tools and platforms.
Data Privacy and Collection
Duevest may collect limited user data, such as licensing info, usage metrics, trade timestamps, and basic performance logs to enhance product features and protect the integrity of the system. Personal data is never sold. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
External Links and Affiliates
Our Services may reference third-party websites or partners. Duevest does not control, endorse, or guarantee external content and assumes no liability for third-party practices. Any affiliate links will be disclosed appropriately.
Disclaimer
Duevest does not warrant the performance, profitability, or suitability of any strategy or product. Use of any Service is entirely at your own risk. We are not liable for losses, data issues, or platform-related errors.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain in full force. This document constitutes the complete understanding between you and Duevest regarding the Services.
